Orders cannot be cancelled if the item is already with the courier or already in-transit.
Once we receive your order, we will process it the next working day. After that, you will receive a call or text confirming that your order is ready to be delivered. We will also verify the delivery address to ensure a smooth delivery process.

We will not push through with the delivery if:
a customer is unresponsive of our confirmation call or text after 3 tries
a courier insists, they do not ship out the item for safety reasons
In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Weather conditions, holidays, shopping peaks, heavy traffic and inspections can delay deliveries.
Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive (i.e. more than a month) and we will help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
We stand by our high-quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you receive a damaged item, we guarantee to send you a new one.
We only accept returns for replacement, if the items are damaged. We do our Quality Check before we ship out our items to ensure that it is in good quality condition. So any damage may have been occurred during transit.
7 days Easy Replacement - If you notify us within 7 days after you received the item, you can send it back to us by mailing it to our office, please contact us for the exact address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We will accept replacement if the item has not been: (1) Abused and misused; (2) Intentionally scratched or caused damage to the product; (3) damaged, scratched or dropped due to the fault/ negligence of the buyer; (4) used the item deviating the instructions provided in the product description.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Php2000, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must first send us a message in our Facebook page or email us at email@example.com with pictures or videos of the damaged items. We will then assess its eligibility for return. We will not accept the product if it has been damaged, scratched or dropped due to the fault/negligence of the buyer.
